Legal Malpractice Claim Settled for a Confidential Amount (2010)

A law firm did not file our client's serious personal injury claim until after  the statute of limitations ran out.  We filed a lawsuit against them for their negligence.  The case had to go before the Supreme Court of Virginia.  We won. Shortly before the case was scheduled to go to trial against the law firm, the case settled for a large amount making our wronged client very happy..
